* 1968 - 1969 Ten months with Capitol International Airways, as a "Maintenance Representative" in Zürich Swiss, and as "Shift Foreman" in Frankfurt, Germany.
* 1969 - 1997 Aircraft mechanic with Icelandic Airlines and later Icelandair. There of 2 years as a line mechanic in Luxembourg with Icelandic Airlines, a few years as a line mechanic in Keflavik, 3 years as flight engineer on Douglas DC-8 aircraft, 5 years as an assistant shift foreman on the line in Reykjavik.
* I worked for a few years on the board of The Union of Icelandic Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, most of the time as secretary of the union except 1 year as vice president.
* For 4 years I worked as financial secretary on the board of The Icelandic Hunters and Shooters Association, where I organized and computerized the membership database and collected the membership dues, etc.
*Since November 2001 i have been working for NetTelephone.com Ltd. Which is rather nice as I work online from the comfort of my home.

Interests and Hobbies:
Hunting, shooting, fishing, and computers. Active member of IOOF in Iceland.
